    Hi, I saw today in my local paper a law firm offering ' No Charge for Wills'

    So I rang the office and the receptionist confirmed that there is no charge for the will and no consultation fee.

    My question is;

    Is this actually free? or will we be charged for a second consultation?

    It seems there must be a catch, but not sure :o

    Any advice is welcome,

    Thank you

    Why didn't you ask them while you were on the phone? Surely they'd be better able to tell you.

    Hi, yes I did ask but she said no fee for consultation, I was thinking it was to good to be true for a Solicitor to give advice/consultation for free??
