I don't think I'd bother with a necklace anyway, as the neckline is too fussy for one. Go for wow earrings and a wow bag
Accessorize has some beautiful earrings in at the moment.

my wife has this dress, she contrasts the dress by wearing hot pink nail polish and shoes.....looks great !!!!
