Mason Hayes and Curran Internship

    Have been looking at various internship programs for the summer and I came across the MHC program.

    Does anyone know if this is a paid position?

    If anyone has any experience working in the firm I'd like to hear about it also!

    Very good firm. Would if I were you in the present climate consider it more important to get in the door there rather than holding out for pay.

    The closing date for receipt of applications is Tuesday 30th November 2010.

    Too late to apply I'm afraid!

    Only found out myself last week too! Wasn't happy!

    Most of the others don't close until Feb!

    Just so you know, MCH only hire trainees via their internship programme, which is why its closing date is around when the trainee contract applications go in rather than with the rest of the summer internship apps. For this reason it is also far more difficult to secure as it is effectively a 1 month job interview for a TC.

    Yeah saw that myself! I was just wondering do they pay or not? I presume they do considering the other big firms do.

    I hear they are a very good firm. I like that they use the internship program to recruit also, makes it even more important and gives greater on the job motivation for while you're there.

    I used to work there as one of the support staff and yes, the apprentices said they do get paid. How much I don't know.
