    Hey All,

This light came on the other day when my OH tried to clear a bit of a light sheet of frost off the window. When she used the window washer it came on. Any ideas as to what it is? The manual only has an image of low fluid level and this is not it.

    It is contstanly flickering.

Here's what the display light looks like.

Positive it's not the washer level light. I've seen that and it's different. The OH has put some water in it since and still, nothing.

Certainly looks like washer resevoir light.

Just popped out to the car to confirm where she put the water and yes, it was in the right place.

As I've said before, the washer level light came on and that is not it.

This is what it looks like when I need to top up the washer.

Do you by any chance have a model that has an additional reservoir for concentrated washer fluid. Some manufacturers do this. That light is certainly something to do with washer.

I'm not sure I follow. There is only one washer fluid container. Inside this container is gauze. That's about the only description I can give.

It's a 2004 Audi A4. Not sure how usefull that info is...

The wipers are working though, perfectly. So is the windscreen washer. Can still spray the windows no hassle.

Go out and fill it up yourself, brim it. The sensor is usually about a third of the way up the tank.

It could be a faulty sensor or wring to it.....if that light is what i think it is, low window washer fluid. Go out again and see if its leaking, the tank might be split. Pour water into it and look underneath the car. Sorry for dragging you outside:D

Nah, no leak... It's still full up.

Yea, when I pull the wiper stick toward me, the washer comes out onto the window. Nothing usual at all when it happens either.

I'm heading over to the Northside tomorrow to my mechanic but would like to save the journey and get it sorted myself... Can't solve the problem when I don't know what's causing it :o
