Anyone know where i could find a link to the regulations re becoming a partner in a chartered accountancy firm (CAI firm)? Anyone know how long you have to be qualified?

A few partners in PwC arent chartered or qualified, esp in the tax side of the house where many of them only have the tax exams and legal backgrounds.
