Good hairdresser in Blabriggan and Dublin

Right now my hair is thick and i did a home die red through it bit like cheryl cole over Christmas my natural hair colour is brown dark brown.

What i am wanting to get done is keep my length it's about shoulder length and get a side parting and a side fringe wanting layers and it for also to be thinned out my aim is to go blond.

so either a hairdressers that i go blond or if not a light brown with low lights through it blond ones and almost look's blond.
