    Hi guys,

Was just looking on Hasbean for a couple of bags of coffee. Problem is they have so many different beans/blends that I'm at a loss at which ones to go for.

I want 1 bag for a cafitiere completely open to ideas.

    and

I want 1 bag for an espresso machine, I dont like it too acidy if that makes sense but like it quite strong.
It would be for espresso only not lattes or anything else.
    • Lastly I havent got a burr grinder so I was going to get them to grind the beans.
    • How quickly would you need to use the coffee for it to be "fresh".
    • And what would be the best method of storage.
    • Can you get a cheap burr grinder ( I have an ordinary grinder, probably ok for cafitiere with the more course grind but not espresso) that would work for espresso as I know its better to grind the beans just before use.
    Thanks a mil
