Where can I purchase one in Ireland?

Is 'The Stick' very much the same thing?

I saw foam rollers in Alfies last weekend.

Sorry, don't know anything about the stick.

Both are for massaging / rolling tight muscles, but they are kinda different.

A foam roller is a roll of hard foam.

The stick has a much smaller circumference and is made of hard but flexible plastic.

If you are not sure, maybe post exactly what you want it for and experienced users might be able to guide you on which one is best for your needs.

In these recessionary times, don't forget, that the humble rolling pin can be good alternative.
