Ive noticed alot of threads about people moaning about Mods abusing their powers blah blah blah. My question is how do you become a Mod? Don't get me wrong I have zero interest in becoming one. Some of us actually have a life. I'm just wondering what are the requirements that you need? Do you actually need a particular skillset? Or if you can demonstrate that you live your life online by playing rpg games and posting mindless drivel then you have the job?
