Jailbreak Question?

    Just wondering is there anyway of transferring my jailbroken apps and settings from my faulty iPhone 4 to a new 1 once I Jailbreak the new 1.
    Don't fancy going back installing 1 by 1 on me new iPhone 4.

    Anyway of backing stuff up then transfer in 1 go

    You may be able to use aptBackup.

    Connect to iTunes. Then when your device is shown in the left pane, right click you device and select "reset warnings". Then right click and select "backup". The resetting of warnings will shown a window to ask if you'd like to transfers purchases from your device to iTunes, once you've selected yes, it'll save all your app on backup. Then you can transfer to the new phone!!!!

    If you mean, your Cydia packages...... Thayer different to what I posted above, that just applies to apps.
    There's a package in Cydia called pkgbackup. It's 10usd. Pay the money, don't try a cracked version because it's wrong and I guarantee it'll backup but won't restore!!!
    I've used it, and what it does is take an image of all packages and repos you added. It saves all the info in your contacts, you then sync so your contacts are saved in iTunes. Then when you tesync the contacts to the new phone, download pkgbackup again(free coz u paid already) and pkgbackup uses the info in your contacts to do all the reinstalling for you agile you drink tea!!!!
