Med 1 refund & P21 question...

I submitted our Med 1 last Thursday & requested a P21, the P21 arrived today with no mention of the health expenses on it & no Med 1 refund. I thought the P21 would normally be issued after the Med 1 was processed but I can see the Med 1 still in the pending requests? It says on the ros website that requests are normally…

I submitted our Med 1 last Thursday & requested a P21, the P21 arrived today with no mention of the health expenses on it & no Med 1 refund. I thought the P21 would normally be issued after the Med 1 was processed but I can see the Med 1 still in the pending requests?

It says on the ros website that requests are normally processed within 2 working days so any idea why the Med 1 request is still pending?
