I am looking to get transcripts from my last 3 years in itb for the purpose of getting a visa. I need them in a envelope which has been stamped at the seal by the college and signed by whoever stamped it. I spoke to the results dept. this morning but was told they dont do anything like this and that im the first person to ask for this. Has anyone got this done?

Try the SID (student info desk) in the library
AFAIK you usually just need a confirmation letter with ur grades etc.

I know a guy that had to continue his course in dcu...

all he needed was his ITB grades stamped by ITB.

I think you might have this a bit backwards.. sounds really odd.

I'm 99% sure no college keeps transcripts longer then a year.

I got a copy of my transcripts (I started in 1999, long since finished!), stamped without an issue about two years ago.
