How do I know which satellites to choose?

    Hi all,

Apologies for the really stupid question but....

How do I know which satellites to search for channels?

I've cleverly managed to delete all the channels from my satellite box so I'm starting from scratch. It's a free to air satellite box, the brand is technomate.

Before I deleted the channels, I had all the BBCs, all the ITVs, Film Four, Channel 4, CBS etc.

I've been looking at the manual and i think i've managed to figure out how to pick particular satellites and then search them for channels. But there are lots of satellites. Do I just have to search them all for the channels I want or is there some way to know which are the best ones to pick?

I'm not even sure if this question will make sense but hope someone gets what I'm taking about. :o

    Thanks

Thanks, I used that one and threw in another couple for good luck.
Seem to have all my channels back. Panic over. :)
