    Hi guys

There's a gang of us going to St Anton in a few weeks. Just wondering has anyone come across a way of getting discounted ski passes? Either online or through the likes of InterSPort when you arrive in the resort?

    Thanks..

I know it's not St Anton but the Intersport in Zell Am See are doing a discount if you rent and buy ski pass from them. You have to do this at least 14 days in advance though. It's worth trying to find the Intersport website for the shop in St Anton. There might also be a discount on the ski pass for your group depending on the size of it. See can you find the official tourist website for St Anton and see if there is details of group discounts on ski passes.

Getting a discount on lift passes is almost impossible (esp in Austria). Even if there is a large group of you. Usually over 15 or 20 might qualify for a few € off but nothing much.

Its not like ski hire where there are several shops in a town/village fighting for your business. There is one lift company and they will charge what they want.

Sometimes on a specific day in a resort they will do a ladies day pass or senior citizens pass but apart from that there is really nothing.

As always on this one happy to be shown otherwise!!

Never heard of a discounted ski pass in Austria! If you have a COACH load, you may get one free. That's about it.

Depending on how many is going, you can sometimes find 'group' deals along the lines of buy 10 get 1 free.

We did the last two years (ischgl and stubai - Austria).

Only way you will get a discount is with a 20 + group or with an ISIA stamp on the back of an instructor license.
