Recently changed providers and now cannot access previously used sites

    Hello there,

Really hoping someone can help! I've recently changed internet providers to 3 but I'm now unable to access AIB on the internet (also can't access Ryanair). I've rang 3 and spent considerable time on the phone to their call centre but they haven't been able to help.

I can log into the site, click on "Personal Log In" and then nothing... I get about two bars of internet and that's it. It's the same thing on a PC and the laptop. However, I've no problems accessing it on my iPhone in the same location.

I've absolutely no idea what's changed, I haven't changed the settings on the computer at all and this has me, and 3 by the sounds of it, stumped!

I should also say that I can get as far as the User ID part of Business banking section (not a business customer, just checking really)

Can anyone shed some light on this?

    Thanks in advance

    L

Is this the SSL problem I've heard of with 3?

The same issue has been mentioned here. Might be no harm contacting Patrick.

Looks like you just need to reboot your router
