The only street I could find is Poenix street west near Smithfield Luas stop, after a search I found that the family law courts which are at the Smithfield Luas stop is in a building called Phoenix house which according to the courts services is located on Phoenix street north, Dublin 7.

Yep it appears to be directly adjacent to the Smithfield Luas stop.

But on Google maps it is called Hammond lane for some reason. Maybe the street the Luas is actually on is Phoenix street north?

The OSI's historic map has the street where the Luas runs now as Phoenix Street, most likely then it now only applies to the single lane road with the Court building. Either way there appears to be only one building on the street...

Google Maps occasionally gets the names of streets wrong. Their names of local areas often tend to be at odds with the official maps as well.
