So I have had my iPod classic 80GB since September 2007 so it is well out of it's warranty. On monday night I noticed that it was stuck on a white screen. It was working perfectly on sunday night and although it can still play songs I can't navigate the menus which isn't much good. I have googled the problem but can't seem…

I have also restored the iPod and tried to downgrade the software. Does anyone have any idea how to fix this? It would be much appreciated.
