    Hi
Iam looking for advice on weathering a dog box.
We have a rectangle box made from plywood and was wondering is there a paint or varnish that would damp proof it.
    Thanks for any suggestions

No i dont believe so, Even if you cover it as the wood expands and contracts it will eventually allow moisture in. I would put felt on the top and soak the sides in varnish. Hoever you will need to prob redo it every few years.

Thanks for the reply. Probably will go down the felt route. I was thinking there might be a rubber like liquid that would harden after application which would be ideal.
