    Gents, my I seek your assistance with a query please?
    I would be very grateful for any advice you might offer.

    I have done an exhaustive google search, but I am still uninformed.
    My query is this:

    Suppose I register with Neteller (or Moneybookers); then deposit some funds via my Laser card into Neteller and request that Neteller transfer the funds to an online merchant -- i.e.., a gambling provider/bookie.
    Does Neteller divulge my debit card number to the merchant?
    Or is my debit card number cloaked by Neteller?
