How do i unlock o2 phone?

    Hi,

    I bought a new phone for one of my staff when hers was broken in work. I bought the phone as a new connection, and now it is telling me that I cannot unlock the phone until i top up with 150.

    Is there any way around this?

    Why buy a o2 phone if you don't want to use it with them? The 150 euro limit is there because o2 have subbed the phone so you bought it for less that you would unlocked.

    Nm, ask in one of them phone shops or in this thread

    Its a samsung hello kitty tocco lite,

    the reason I had to buy it o2 was because it was cheaper, and I didnt know what network she was on
