Putting a gas cooker into kitchen and wondering where is the best place to keep the gas cylinder?
At the moment thinking of piping outside and then either keeping gas cylinder just at the back of the house or running pipe to garage (~15m) and keeping cylinder there.
    Any advise?

six of one and half a dozen of the other

keep it in the garage if your worried about someone stealing/tampering with it

keep it outside for a) better safety b) cheaper to plumb c) out of the way

I would get someone in who is qualified to have a look and maybe do the work as well, there's a lot of requirements for sighting a cylinder safely and if you get it wrong

There are very simple requirements for gas work, get a gas fitter or tell your Insurance you did it yourself :D

Cheers chaps, will be getting a qualified plumber for sure, especially dealing with gas.
Reckon will go put it outside at back of the house, I believe there is lockable containers they can be put to prevent tampering, etc
