Always depends on the type of person you're dealing with. Normally, though, a one on one chat with some drinks works a charm for me.

I always self-depreciate myself to make others feel better, most times it puts a smile on their faces too. Helps them lighten up and then tackle whatever subject that's bothering them with a small bit wry humour.















And if that don't work, just point your gun at them and order them to cheer up. :pac:
