Hello folks. Anyone know where I can get hold of a JML Bobble Off or equivalent in Dublin city centre? I can't find them anywhere!

Also any reviews of their effectiveness? My much loved scarf is destroyed with bobbles!

    Any help much appreciated.

I have one that I got in Debenhams (in Belfast). It's effective enough but does take a bit of time!

Just a word of advice. Removing bobbles is really only suitable for natural fibers. If the scarf is 100 % polyester /acrylic, it will be difficult for the fibers to detach from the scarf. Could result in the Bobble off 'cutting out'.

Fibres with a wool / cotton / silk percentage are easier to 'shave'. If it is maybe try this:

You can get one for about 3euro in any sewing shop.
I have being using the same 1 for years and it works on all my sweaters.

I have two. One bought in Debenhams and one not JML from Dunnes. The one I got in Dunnes I use on wooly jumpers and find it quite good. The other one got dropped and hasn't worked well since.:o
