Pointing my DNS to a port?

I'm trying to host two websites from one IP and can't understand how the DNS works.

I log into my DNS ( dyndns.com ) and add a second host but there is no option to direct it to the port I have the second website running on, it assumes it's on port 80.

    What am I missing here:confused:
