Giving up again.

Trying to give them up again . .Failed miserably last lent as well, when I tried unsuccessfully to give up both smoking & masturbation at the same time, but that was way to difficult, cause I'm a twenty a day man . . .And I also smoke like a ****ing chimney.:D

Wrong forum for both masturbation and for quitting smoking. Try the Stop Smoking forum. Not sure how they will help you cope with your self gratification issues though. That might be a suitable topic for the Personal Issues forum.
