IBS Again!!

My IBS is back and in full swing; my first college exam starts on Wednesday and I seriously need to get in under control!

Funny thing is, I was at my GP this morn and I was fine, just getting my normal pill prescription...amazing the way things change so quickly.

I am currently using buscopan for cramping etc, but also have very bad dirrohea and nausea as well as generally feeling ill...

I'm only a 22 year old female, does anyone know of any way of keeping this at bay?

Any advice would be much appreciated...would prefer not to have to go back to me GP again as I was only there this morning!
