Landline UAN Always Stays the Same?

Hi ,Im changing my "Hive" (formerly Euphony ) landline phone account/service to UPC (already have TV and net with them)They need a "UAN" number .I only have the original UAN from my old Eircom days years ago.Will this have changed or can I stick it on form for UPC to port my phone number ?Thanks!
