Hi, I have this book if you are still looking!

There is highlighting in most of the chapters and some extra info from journals and other books hand written at the end of each chapter.

I am finished college, but can meet you in WIT no probs.

As there is highlighting in it I would sell it for €25, its €41.25 new

There is a new version of this book out now but I want to hold on to my version for sentimental reasons. It has all the new Companies Act 2014 stuff in it. Thank God for that as there is no m major book on this Act out yet and it was so handy for blackhall. Good book. More advanced than an introductory book though. But at least you can understand it compared to some of the others.
