    Hi All
I've just moved to Uk from Ireland and have taken my car with me. I've registered it here, have the plates insurance etc, all thats ok. What I don't know is if there is something I need to do in Ireland to take it off the revenue database etc.
Also believe it or not I only brought it in from UK in Feb 2010 and paid VRT, is there a claw back on the tax for exporting it again? and before you ask, I just didn't have the time and money to sell it in ireland and buy another one in UK.

No, and no. On the upside, you can reregister it here FOC if you ever want to bring it back.
