(@Mods - I'm not seeking medical advice here - just want to get a general ballpark figure on how long I can expect to be out)

Came off worse in a Man vs. Stairs and Gravity contest last night.
Have broken my 4th and 5th toes (the pinkie and the one next to it).

Not in a cast; have a fracture clinic appt. next week so will know more then but in the meantime (as mentioned above) what is a realistic recovery period for this kind of injury?

    Cheers cm

    Bad Luck!

Can only say from experince within 3-4 weeks I could jog lightly again but the vibrations meant an irrtating pain.

Circa 8 weeks I was back to where I was before the break.

As I say personal experince of breaking a toe - coming off a surfboard at speed!
