    Any electrical wholesaler's stock them, or else the DIY stores also stock some. You could also search and buy online here or check out vent-axia as an example, not giving an prefence to any manufacturer

    Get them anywhere. Try get one better than the standard for example get one with a hydrostat that comes on when it detects steam.

    That way it works if the light is off... Having said that this might not be appropiate as most are wired through the light.

    if you can post up the details of the existing fan i might be able to tell you where to get a direct replacement. if not then as said above any electrical wholesalers will supply one and ye only need to tell them if its timed or standard.
