    Hi,

nearing the finish of our build and this may seem like a trivial issue but I'm getting conflicting advice on what type of underlay to use for laminate flooring.

We have underfloor heating and most of the floors where we are laying laminate are upstairs bedrooms. (underfloor heating upstairs too).

So the range of advise is:
    - Adhesive for some at top of stairs to give smoother join with stairs - €12 m2
    - Regular white foam underlay - €1-2 m2
    - Heatmate perforated underlay (blue) - €3 m2
    - Cork/rubber mix underlay - 2-3mm - €7-9 m2

    Any additional advice appreciated.

    Thanks
