According to FF, the country was funded to the 2nd half of 2011. So we are we receiving it now and therefore paying more interest than we need to. What on earth is going on? Why aren't opposition parties asking these questions?

I would imagine it's because the government are planning on entering the bond market sooner than expected. If we went to the market cap in hand when we run out of capital in a few months we'd probably get fleeced by the market. Also the rate that Spain and Portugal are now paying in the bond markets is 5.6 and 7.2 percent respectively, we are only paying 5.5% for this round of loans so it's not a bad deal.

I'd sooner see them go to Las Vegas with the money that the bond markets tbh, at least we might get lucky in Vegas!!

Probably have to start paying those early retrement schemes.

Presumably due to the costs of injecting more capital into the banks.... a condition that was part of the bailout.

It's for the mass-facial reconstruction surgery of all FF TDs so that they won't be recognised when they're queuing up at the dole office after the party goes tits up*.

*wishful thinking, because there will still be party stalwarts cretins voting for them.
