Burning CD's

Hi I have a problem trying to burn CD's, I have like 10 CDs and I want to burn a couple of tracks from each CD onto the one CD. I used to be able to do this easily on the Windows Media Player, but not any more, it all seems to have changed.

Does anybody out there know any free software that is easy to use, that can perform this task and is free.

You could use iTunes to burn your CDs, though I'm not a huge fan of it and it's a big download.

You can still use WMP, just rip the songs onto your desktop and then burn them all onto the CD?
What version of WMP are you using?

There is tons of free burners, google "free burning software"
