problems with registration for mybill account online

    Hi,
    I'm an eircom home broadband customer with about 9 months now.
    I just decided tonight to register on your site to look up some of my previous bills. However your registration page won't submit.(giving some errors re: password complexity)

    http://www.eircom.ie/cgi-bin/bvsm/bveircom/register/registerLogin.jsp

    I can assure you i've chosen a > 6digit alphanumberic password.

    Can you get on to someone on your web team to investigate?

    Thanks for this Eleanor.
    I've been able to login successfully.
    However i'm not able to view any previous bills or any previous amounts paid..
    I had hoped that it would provide me with this basic functionality, so that I wouldn't have to go ringing up pestering customer care.

    I'm looking for my last 6 bill amounts with and without VAT

    Have requested those bill for you now through my colleagues in Credit Management.The bills you receive will be the same as the bills you can view online and the bills you have received previously in the post from eircom
