    Hey OP,
I'm doing Physio in U.L. at the mo and gotta say I've no major complaints. The course itself is very interesting and hands on, aside from the very first semseter of 1st year (where we had to take a Physics module and an I.T. module! god only knows why!) It drastically improves after first semester though with a lot of time spent in the labs learning different physio techniques and practicising on your fellow students. Placements start at the end of 2nd year with more and more weeks spend out on placement and less in college from then on. Almost all the lecturers, especially the ones for the physiotherapy modules are terrific. They are really enthusiastic about their fields in physio and are highly qualified. Also the fact most of them are still practising physios aswell as lecturing means they are really up to date in clinical skills and knowledge. Another plus for someone just starting the course is the small course size. Having just 30 students in each year means it's easy to make friends and believe me you will know each other EXTREMELY well by the end (be prepared to bare all! literally! as you will be stripping down to your underwear by the end of 1st year and on). Ha! Anyway if you have any questions at all feel free to private message me and i'll do my best to answer them :D
