    Hi
I have a 2002 BMW 318 Ci which is burning a lot of oil. Any ideas how much this would cost to fix and if it's even worthwhile for a car of this age?
    Thanks

It depends what it is. If it's an issue with the PCV, for example, then it's well worth getting sorted - if it's due to bore wear then probably not. Best to start by having someone who knows what they're doing take a look.

best bet is to get a compression test done, than go from there.should'nt cost two much.it takes about 30mins to do.
