I've one on the way next week'ish.

Curious to know what you thought of the wood effect finish on the grips? (I presume they are plastic wood effect?)

Also has it the groove behind the pistol grip to allow
you to attach a stock ?

[edit: Think it does, maybe a real steel stock will work with it]

    Hi Bullets,
Good to hear from a fellow lamb-to-slaughter.. :D

I actually think the wood effect on the grip is pretty good; it certainly looks well, better than some of the cheapy wood effects we've seen before from china.

And yes, it does have the slotted grip for the stock. Given that it's the tangent sight version also, it'd probably have to.... It looks a bit shorter than the ones in your pictures there though, some modification may be required for your plan for real-steel accessories.

thanks for review i ordered mine last night, do you know if tanak parts are interchangeable with the WE hipower. Also i read on a few sites they are going to bring out a stock and inner barrel thats threaded to take a silencer, do you know if there is any truth in this. Now roll on end of month so i can afford my px4
Hi CaptainCook. I've looked at the pictures on the various shops and the mags look like similar designs, and the hammer setup in my one is certainly different from any previous WE pistol design I've seen, so maybe the Tanaka stuff is compatible. No guarantees of course....

Haven't heard about the accessories you spoke of, but would always welcome the links.... :)

I've the Tanaka Browning at home, and I have the WE one on the
way soon. I'll test both brands of mags on each pistol and report back.

Have some pics of the Tanaka one here: (I think the valve area is different on the WE branded ones but only going from memory) I'll post from side by side pics once the WE branded one arrives.

Hipower arrived yesterday, very nice finish i see what you mean about the trigger pull, its very heavy. SE airsoft should be commended on service

Ill try it out at weekend, i think you can get spare mags on airsoft global for 19 dolla.

The article about the hi-power having a stock and a outerbarrell thats threaded coming out is on arnies and canada airsoft, i wouldn't be ars*d about the stock but a threaded outer barrell would be savage.BTW do you knwo where i can get a 16 mm silencer have tried all the big HK stores and none have it in.
