Have you seen The Shooting Times Jan 5th

    Hi, I have only now got around to reading the shooting times dated Jan 5th and was delighted to see a Gun Club as we know them! south of the border with a 2 page spread featuring their longest tail competition.

    It is great to see something from the republic on the magazine which normally features driven shoots from the UK or Northern Ireland.

    Read it and thoroughly enjoyed it, I have noticed a couple of "English magazines" writing up more about this side of the sea. Douglas Butlers articles are a good read in the Sporting Shooter mag. More of this would be nice:)

    i read the shooting times from cover to cover. i loved the bit about the longest tail competition. Rathcormac gun club looks like a very good club. I would like to know if next years competition will be open to clubs out side of Cork county???? I think i would have a good chance of winning because the birds looked small.
