hi,

we have a cisco router (upc), works fine, i always have excellent down/open nat/excellent up on halo reach, but when my housemates play on their xboxes, their game reports either undetected/moderate/undetected, or warning/closed or moderate/excellent. it's incredibly frustrating as it means trying to find a game, it takes forever, or a lot of the time, doesn't work at all. and what's more, i don't understand how mine is always perfect and theirs aren't?
