I bough t a logitech harmony universal remote for my sky box and tv etc. The number buttons do not have any effect on the sky box. I did connect to the pc to program the damned remote and it will turn on the tv and the sky box, and it will control volume and some other functions but I can't change the bloody channel with it. Am I technically challenged and is there something I am not doing?

Hi elderlemon, it is a Harmony one advanced.

Sky boxes can be made by different manufacturers, and still look the same.
Try finding the exact make / model you have and add it to the harmony software that way.

I've had Harmony remotes for years and years, currently using the Harmony One myself. I'm on UPC now, but never had a problem controlling anything with the Harmony Remotes.
