Not a big issue but would like to hear what people think.

I am a female living with all guys.
I am good friends with one of the guys and over the past few months have become alot closer and I find myself fancying him lately. We are both single. He will tell me all thats going on his life and recently I find myself a little jealous when he mentions other girls hes dating or interested in seeing.
I do think that he fancies me also but I wonder if he would ever do anything about this as we are good friends. I know I probably wont.

I guess I am wondering what I should do-how do I gauge how he feels, how do I take a step back?
I am considering moving out at present for a few other reasons and I know he would not be happy about this but it may give me some clarity.

    Thanks

I was in a same type of spot with a female friend. I asked her out she said no. Bit arkward after that but we went back to normal(For us) fairly fast after that.

Wrose thing that can happen, you lose him as a friend.
Best case. He feels the same way and you get to be with him.

Least you'll know. Noting wrose then not knowing and dreaming about them all the time and feeling sick when they talk about someone else.

Your moving out anyway. So roll the dice.

I would advise moving out and then letting him know how you feel. Living in the same house may over complicate things while you are first dating.

Just ask him out on a date, hopefully it works out.
Worst case is it gets awkward and you have to move out.
So provided you're prepared to move out if necessary, then go for it.

Most likely, even if he says no to a date, you can go back to being friends soon enough.

It's really only if you tell him you've been in love for ages, or other bunny boiler type actions that it's likely to get awkward
