    Hi

I got an interview for an Application Support role next week and I want to be well prepared for it. I have been looking at the Interview thread for help also.

    Mandatory skills listed are:
    - Knowledge of IT and use of IT systems
    - Good time management skills
    - Good communication skills
    - Good attention to detail

I think I tick those boxes.

    Skills - Useful
    - Knowledge of ATP processes (need to look more into this).

Just wondering if anyone has any advice in what else to look into?
Does anyone have experience of interviews for similar roles?
What questions I could ask in return so they know I have a strong interest in the role?

    Cheers

I works as a application support role since 4 years, it involves debug, testing and database maintainance. it's based up on company ie.. workload and duties.

what's the company name you are attending an interview?
    Good Luck!
