Possibly a transponder change or pid change?

My Sagem box is not set up at the moment so can't check it.

My Humax is picking both up.

Pretty sure if you perform a Freesat retune using a mainland postcode e.g. N22 5SL, you'll pick up BBC Radio 4/7.

'BT' portion not necessary, just N22 5SL, London postcode.

no luck with that postcode, for anyone with the sagem hd receiver the radio is from channel 701 on. im missing 701 to 704.i have 705 and 706 but missing 707 to 719. thats missing bbc radio 1 and RIX AND BBC2 AND BBC3/BBC4 just an odd word and bbc5 full power and working.missing bbc6 and bbc7 and bbc asia and world service and scotland.

Freesat use the same channel numbers, regardless of the box, so I think this problem is particular to your set up.

The Humax is giving me all BBC Radio 700 to 708 and up

Interesting to note that the following channels are on
    Transponder 13 (aka 2.013)
    Frequency: 11.95350 GHz

    BBC News 6704
    BBC Parliament 6705
    BBC Alba 6736
    BBC Radio 1 6751
    BBC Radio 1Xtra 6766
    BBC Radio 2 6752
    BBC Radio 3 6753
    BBC Radio 4 FM 6754
    BBC Radio 4 LW 6755
    BBC 6 Music 6767
    BBC Radio 7 6768
    BBC Asian Network 6760
    BBC World Service 6761
    BBC Radio Scotland 6757
    BBC Radio nan Gàidheal 6769
    BBC Radio Wales 6758
    BBC Radio Cymru 6763
    BBC Radio Ulster 6759
    BBC London 6770

but these (including Radio 5) are on
    Transponder 47 (aka 2.047)
    Frequency: 10.80275 GHz:
BBC Four UK Wide TV Service 6416
CBeebies UK Wide TV Service 6418
    BBC One Scotland 6421
    BBC Two Scotland 6422
    BBC Radio 5 Live 6401
BBC Radio 5 Live Sports Extra 6464
    BBC One-MR Manchester 6441
    BBC One-LS Leeds 6451
    BBC One-TW Tunbridge Wells 6461

i.e. is it all one transponder frequency that's gone? If so, is it one of those cases of interference by a DECT phone or something

Not DECT. The IF is 1053MHz. DECT interfers with IF of 1850 to 1900 I think.

    So it's the "or something"

if there was something interfering with the signal on the sagem box ,why would the signal be ok when i use the konig sat box.

i was thinking maybe add to my freesat list with the missing stations 701-704 and 707-723,thats radio one to radio4,and radio6 on to 723.i could get the transponder stuff using my konig box.has anyone ever added to their list of channels on this sagem box.

    Hello horse7,
I'm a new member posting from Germany. I'm experiencing exactly the same problems.
BUT: to me this seems to be a freesat-problem. I thought they didn't want me to
receive the radio stations. My setup is completely different. My panasonic freesat blu ray satreceiver (DMR-BS 850) does not receive the radio channels (no signal) but shows
all the programmes in the EPG. My panasonic TV with an inbuilt Sat-receiver has absolutely no problems to receive all the channels. Both machines use the same double quad LNB multyswitch setup. Unfortunately the blu ray machine does not have a diseqc switch, so it can't switch to Astra 19,2. Another inbuilt restriction to make life harder for the users.

How would you go about moving channels on one of these boxs, I had a good look at the manual and there is no reference.

I would like to move BB1 NI to 101 instead of BB1 London, and BB2 NI to 102 as well

Any help would be welcome ?

Do some have favorites, or is that only some TVs with Freesat built in?

    Hello horse7,
I haven't found a solution to the problems yet.
There's still the 'no signal' message for the channels on
    Transponder 13 (aka 2.013)
    Frequency: 11.95350 GHz
Has anyone come up with a solution?

I recently experienced loss of a group of channels from the same transponder - on a BUSH SD box. I had a short run of cable from wall to box which I knew was not proper sat grade - I replaced it with TX100 and hey presto the channels came back. As far as I could tell only these 5 or 6 channels were affected (the E4/More 4 range around 121-125).

I had read similar problem reports on line relating to the BUSH SD box - so had started to think the receiver was on the way out.

Anyway the point is - it may not be the box (although a different box may work) - it could be anything in the signal path causing it.

Very true, coax problems can sometimes cause individual transponders to lose signal.
