Any good motor factors will have them or supply them or you can try halfords, price depends on brand you choose and will vary depending on what type of wipers they are.

Around €20 - €30 for a bundle of left and right last time I was in Halfords, more expensive for Bosch brand, couldn't say what a local motor factors would charge but they tend to be cheaper than halfords.
