    I only caught the end of it with the mens team race. Farah was pretty good on those hills and the lead he took on the second big lap was massive in such a short section.

    Was funny when some kid was running along beside them and trying to keep up, then he went and fell flat on his face when he hit a small hill. :D

    Where did Joe Sweeney finish in the end?? He was looking at top ten the last i saw.

    Joe Sweeney was 10th. Michael Mulhare was 9th and Dan Mulhare 12th in 4km race.
