    Has anyone tried any yet?

I've ordered mine from Amazon, and impatiently awaiting delivery. Looks absolutely amazing with neon shades, but I reckon it'll look just as good with burgundy or blue polishes as well...

I'm guessing the op is referring to opi's new black shatter topcoat?

It creates a crackle or shattered effect when you layer it over a colour so like if it was over pink you'd have bits of pink showing through the black. It does look deadly can't wait to try it out myself:D

Barry M also does it as does Isa Dora.

I got the Barry M one in Superdrug in Limerick. It's gorgeous with orange, kind of looks like leopard print :) Seems to make the colour last longer aswell.

I have the Barry M one - it's alright, gives a good effect but it seems to sorta deaden the colour of the undercoat. You need a pretty bright base colour to start with.
