I'd need 3-4 gb ram, a dual core processor, and at least 256mb of a dedicated graphics card. Hard drive space isn't too important, I tend to work from external hard drives.

So far the only decent machine I've seen in my budget is this http://www.currys.co.uk/gbuk/packard-bell-easynote-tm83-rb-021uk-red-07745153-pdt.html I can get it in the airport dixons store for 490 with photoshop elements and other add-ons as I have relative's who work there.

Has anybody got any suggestions or recommendations?
