    Have got a reasonable quote for one of these - are they any good? Reliable, easy-to-fix, efficient? Anything the other brands have over these?

    The glowworms are fine as long as the condense pipe is done properly.
    Any problems I've seen with these boilers is down to the condense being installed wrong.

    They've a very good control board that has loads of diagnostics built in.
