Help with Headlights on 2000 Honda Civic

My regular headlights have stopped working (i.e. the lights between low and full beams that you would use at night).

I've checked all fuses and none of them are blown. They went while I was driving while switching quickly between them.

Both of them went at the same time, which leads me to believe that its not the bulbs, and also the filaments in the bulb seem perfectly intact.

    Any advice?

I know I should just take it to a mechanic, but funds are low and can really only afford the cost of a new set of bulbs or fuses if thats the problem...

You mean the actual dip beams? Might be a relay.I think they are in the engine compartment.

Cheers for that, I had a further look online and found a honda forum where people had similar problem which was solved with this solution.

Going to try this and see if it works.
